Creation are looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager / Account Manager with a strong level of digital knowledge.
With 3+ years experience within Client Services, you will act as a primary contact for some clients whilst working with Account Directors on other clients. You will also be responsible for the development and growth of an Account Executive.
You will be responsible for driving work through the agency, creating briefs and managing projects across design, digital marketing, advertising & development.

You’ll have a strong understanding of working with digital platforms and managing digital projects. At Creation we manage a wide range of digital platforms for our clients, from building new websites, managing eCommerce websites through to designing bespoke web applications. You’ll be comfortable working with strategists and developers to get the information you need to quote and deliver projects and be confident in tackling and troubleshooting any roadblocks.
You’ll be the first point of contact for several of our Digital Marketing clients, with a strong background in managing Digital Marketing activity across SEO, PPC, Email and content creation. Experience using Google Analytics is desirable but not necessary.
As part of the client services team, you will contribute to Creation’s revenue generation by developing existing accounts allocated to you and by supporting new business activities where appropriate.
The quality of new and existing client relationships is crucial to Creation’s success. You will need to build good interpersonal and business relationships with your clients. This helps Creation to challenge their existing thinking about what marketing can achieve for their business. Your aim here is to place us in a position of partnership, where you and the rest of the team form a strong and valued part of the client’s organisation.
The client needs to know that they can rely on Creation to know what works best in the areas of marketing, digital marketing, sales and communications. They’ll know that, because of your knowledge and enthusiasm for the subject. You will need to stay abreast of trends and movements in digital technology, media & demographic strategy and broader business practices.
