We've worked with LiveWest for many years, helping shape their social and content strategy, as well as creative support.
As a social housing provider with 30,000 homes across the south west, we're inspired by their collective mission to provide a “home for everyone”. So, when we were invited to tender for their new website we were already bursting with ideas. After winning a competitive pitch process we were appointed lead web partner.

LiveWest was formed after a merger and needed an agency
to help them pull their 4 disparate websites together to deliver an engaging customer experience that could be tailored to their many audiences.

A Collaborative Design Process

We knew that the key to a successful project was to really understand the different and sometimes competing needs across the organisation. We completed interviews and workshops with staff teams to extract their specialist know-how, and engaged in rapid-prototyping to test our solutions.

Customers were central to our plans and were a key touchpoint throughout
the design process so we undertook focus groups, design feedback and UX testing.

Making an Impact

This project was always going to be about more than just a great looking website: it was about delivering real impacts across the organisation, to transform how they engage with customers.

Here are some of the highlights:

  • Solve an Issue Tool
Allows customers to troubleshoot problems in their home without needing to call out for repairs.

  • Home Finder
Helps home-seekers navigate the sometimes complex world of housing choices to find a home that's right for their needs.
  • New Homes
A sales-led platform for developments, including affordability calculators that de-mystify the costs involved in shared ownership.
  • Deep Localisation

With location based targeting we can show customers content that's truly relevant to them, whether that's news in their area, or where to report flytipping.

The website has just launched and we've had great feedback from customers and teams across the business already – we're currently crunching the data and getting ready for the next phase of development.
