We're the lead agency for all RAC network strategy, marketing and delivery, working closely with various RAC departments and senior stakeholders across the business. We not only manage the B2B Brand, communicating with 1,200 dealers and over 500 garages, but also market the RAC Approved Network proposition to consumers through above-the-line and digital media.
We launched the Network Marketing Services Team, a dedicated team created to evolve the marketing and business management practices across the network, ultimately driving sales and revenue, enhancing the consumer's experience and ensuring both individual business and network growth.
The portal was created to allow the RAC to communicate with their entire Dealer Network through one central hub. It offers a library of assets and collateral, brand guidelines, visibility of personal website referrals and a direct link to dealer reviews. Now it's simple and convenient for dealers to manage their dealership - and keep up-to-date with network changes and news.
We were then asked to create a similar hub for the Garage Network with a view to boosting numbers of new Approved Garages. This new hub delivered all the support, information and collateral needed for garages to achieve RAC status.
'RAC Reviews' is an important part of the Portal. Our customer feedback and CSI management tool delivers vital Management Information for each business. Garages and dealers now manage customer reviews in real time, stream to their own website, and see how they measure up against other garages and dealers.
From design, through build, and all the way to launch, we got the Network proposition out there for consumers on RAC.co.uk. All backed up with above-the-line and digital campaigns.
We also launched the Network Marketing Services Team, created to help new garages get set up on the portal and start selling so that they can become Approved.
