We sat down with our new Digital AM Tom to ask about the past, present and future!

What attracted you to Creation and what were your first impressions of the agency?

I was keen to join the team at Creation because of their aspirations. I wanted to be part of an agency that was heading in a new direction and since starting it has been very exciting. There have been lots of positive changes and a clear vision of how things will move forward.

What is your role at Creation?

I’m a Digital Account Manager and I’m responsible for leading a number of client relationships. I work closely with senior stakeholders in a range of businesses and industries to manage their digital requirements.

Within the agency I’m responsible for managing client projects through our internal departments (planning, design, development & testing) and ensuring the output exceeds the client’s expectations.

What have you been working on so far during your time at Creation?

So far I’ve launched a bespoke customer reviews platform for Citroen Ireland, data integration projects for Leekes Furnishers, a new brand strategy and website for Prion Cutting Edge and planned a number of secret new app projects.

What do you most enjoy about working in digital?

The most exciting thing about working in digital is the speed in which things change and the endless possibilities. We have a great team internally that can produce bespoke solutions and have done so for a range of clients. I personally enjoy partnering with senior stakeholders and contributing to making a positive impact on their business.

What are you excited about for the next year at Creation?

I’m excited the continued progression of the agency, working with new clients on exciting new briefs and our new espresso machine (that I’ve been assured is turning up at some point!).

Tell us a little about yourself – what do you like doing when you’re not working?

When I’m not working I’m usually cycling, running with my dog Pete, or planning my wedding.
