We’ve been guardians of the Subway brand in Bristol and West for seven years. Being their regional partner means we can offer 360 degree support, from board level all the way to each individual franchisee. Since our time together we’ve seen their stores in the areas increase from 54 to 93.
Our role is to protect the Subway brand – and to make sure that their guidelines are met in every way, every time. We’re also proud of our involvement at board level. We set up regular meetings, agendas, minutes, distribute actions, organise the various members and time line projects. Put another way, we’re an extension of the board, helping various stakeholders make the most of their marketing opportunities.
We also manage all local affiliations to ensure that every partnership is maximised.
We’re involved with traditional advertising planning and execution, door drops, in-store POS and radio. We also provide support for the individual franchisee, making sure that every promotion and every communication will show their store – and Subway – in the best light possible.
Recently, we only just lost out to 20th Century Fox’s X-men in the Global Radio awards with the ‘My Sub, My Way’ campaign. Creating a new strategy and approach designed to maximise a shorter time frame and create lasting recognition.
