We establish marketing objectives and campaign strategies, then create marketing plans and budgets to make sure there’s a fully integrated approach in place. From new & used car sales to fleet, after sales to the parts department.
Our compliance team have a deep understanding of the FCA Regulations from an advertising and marketing point of view. We also work with the manufacturers themselves, taking responsibility for passing compliance and understanding all brand guidelines for Nissan, Abarth, Fiat, Kia, Hyundai, Renault and Dacia.
Our strong creative offering lets us take the Wessex Garage brand across website, social media, display advertising, email communications, press and radio. Indeed, we created an extensive communications and media programme to launch the Hyundai, Renault and Dacia Dealerships in Newport, along with the flagship Nissan Dealership at Cribbs Causeway, near Bristol. We also helped Wessex Garages rebrand twice, the most recent being the introduction of Intelligent Choice.
We’ve also helped our client as they invested in forward-thinking initiatives for the modern motorist such as Value My Car, Reserve Online and Price Match Challenge. Through the investment in advanced technology and a new way of delivering customer service through workshops, we were involved in initial meetings on Wessex Vision. We advised on how to deliver it internally, how to brand it, and then how to push the message out to customers and the wider market place.
We transformed their Pennywell Road dealership into a used supercentre, making it one of the biggest destinations for used cars in Bristol, with over 2,000 vehicles.
